100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) with 30 days of skin contact in large neutral oak barrels, and rested for 2 years in neutral french oak, bottled with minimal sulfur. Made in a Gravner-esque style, showing brown and yellow pear fruit, focused acidity, lanolin, chamomile, and refined walnut skin tannins.
