Sourced from the forest edges of Redwood County on the organic farm of Hawkeye Ranch, this older vintage of Pinot Noir is everything a wine drinker would want from Northern California. Destemmed before a gentle pressing, fermented with native yeast, and aged for 24 months in 20% new french oak, 80% neutral. Extremely balanced, with savory goji berries, dehydrated strawberries, saline minerality, Redwood forest floor, and only 12.5% abv making this the Cali pinot you want to drink in warmer weather.
