Organically farmed with biodynamic preps implemented in the vineyards, harvested early to retain and freshness, fermented with native yeast, and rested on its fine lees for 6 months before bottling. Focused and tense minerality balanced with fleshy yellow melon fruits, and the mouthwatering acidity of salted lemon rind.
