100% Furmint from the western shore of lake Neusiedlersee. Hand harvested and pressed whole-cluster into stainless steel, aged on its lees in large neutral barrel for 6 months before bottling. White pears, white cherry, ripe quince, mineral undertones of quartz and schist, and lovely complex acidity that integrates with the creamier malo side as it sits on the palate. Drooling is standard with this one right here.
