This light, fresh, and fruity Blaufränkisch/Pinot Noir blend is inspired by Michael Wenzel's memories of his grandfather's wines from the 50s and 60s, when the family would regularly have a glass of red with lunch. Partial carbonic maceration and naturally fermented in open vats, pressed and finished in sandstone amphora and steel tank. Red cherries and blueberries, soft tannins, green herbs and earth, mineral undertones adding welcomed texture. Absolutely amazing, serve chilled.
