From one of the most inhospitable places on earth, grown in black volcanic soil within large circular pits to keep the hot Sahara winds from stripping the grapes off of the vines. Malvasia Volcánica is indigenous to the Canaries, and is a crossbreed of the grapes Marmajuelo and Malvasia Aromatica. This beautiful dry white is showing lemongrass, starfruit, lemon pith, mineral aromatics, and salt water viscosity. Clean and utterly captivating.
