100% old-vine Nerello Mascalese Bianco! Made from THE red grape that makes Etna Rosso famous, this direct pressed 'white' is hand sourced from the northern slopes of Mt. Etna, fermented with native yeast in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered. Classic Sicilian mineral structure and refreshing acidity with the added texture of a light red wine, bone dry, lemon and saline, and a cool savory vegetal backend.  Think grilled octopus and seafood!
