Join Us for a Tasting with Cellador Ales
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH
6-8PM PST
Cellador Ales was founded in 2014 by Kevin and Sara Osborne here in LA. In 2022, the brewery faced challenges that led to the closure of its original production space and taproom, but has since been reborn under new ownership. Former employee Alex Ourieff took over, continuing the legacy of producing high-quality mixed-fermentation and barrel-aged beers, often encouraging the growth of the famously feared Brettanomyces to build rustic complexity. Now operating out of Smog City Brewing’s Wood Cellar in Torrance, Cellador remains committed to their brewing methods and the use of local, seasonal, and organic ingredients.
Join us on Thursday, February 5th, for a tasting with Alex himself! He’ll be here from 6-8pm pouring 6 beers including a super limited one to celebrate their 9th anniversary! Just $10 at the door, refunded if you leave with a 6-pack of Cellador beers. Come pick Alex’s brain and enjoy some of the most interesting beers in the shop.
