We ship to fourteen states
Wine, beer, and spirits, packed at the shop and shipped where the law allows.
Orders containing alcohol placed for shipping to any other state will be canceled.
Wine hates weather
Heat in a delivery truck can cook a wine in an afternoon. Ask us to hold your shipment in our climate-controlled warehouse until it cools down. We will, happily, for as long as it takes.
A hard freeze pushes corks and splits bottles. Same deal: we hold it until the cold snap passes, or ship expedited if it cannot wait.
Above 90°F at either end of the trip, we may decline common courier entirely and offer temperature-controlled shipping instead; additional charges may apply. Stanley's is not responsible for heat or cold damage if you choose to ship anyway.
Shipping cost looks odd?
Our rates are calibrated for bottles of wine and multiples thereof. Beer, tins, glassware and other shapes sometimes confuse the math. Call or email and we will quote it right.
Returns
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for fault or defect, at management discretion, for replacement or store credit. No returns on bottles five or more years past vintage.
