Bourdy
2020 Jean Bourdy Côtes du Jura Rouge 750ml
Caves Jean Bourdy is one of the oldest wine domaines in the world, being continuously managed by the same family since 1475. This classic Jura red is a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Trousseau, native yeast fermented and aged in neutral barrel for 3 years. Autumnal qualities of mulch, cherry, and savory tamarind, with beautiful acidity and herbal edges to give it balance and texture at the same time.
