Equal parts Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Müller Thurgau, 17 day carbonic maceration in steel with native yeast, aged in large neutral oak for 12 months, bottled unfiltered. Fresh and chillable, with red apples, underripe red cherries, wild bush berries, lean tannins, refreshing acidity, and only 11.5% abv!
