Yuzu flavored Japanese vodka produced by the Tsutsumi Distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture in Kyushu, Japan. Base spirit is pot distilled from 100% rice. Yuzu pulp and peels are macerated and pot distilled; yuzu peels are macerated post-distillation for one week. Bright, juicy yuzu on the nose precedes a vibrant, oily palate dialed in on yuzu peel with subtle notes of jasmine blossom and underripe mango.
