Peychaud's

A must-have for a perfect Sazerac, this New Orleans bitter is a bit lighter than Angostura. Try both of them (gasp!) in a Vieux Carré: equal parts rye whiskey, Cognac, and sweet vermouth, a spalsh of Benedictine, with generous dashes of both Peychaud's and Angostura.
