Bichi

100-year-old own-rooted Rosa del Peru (Moscatel Negro) vines grown at 2,400 ft elevation on sandy loam and granite soils in Tecate. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and fermented/aged in a mixture of concrete tank, stainless steel, and used oak barrels. Tart and wild with concentrated plummy fruit. Serve chilled.
