Hollow Wines

100% Chardonnay from the Cienega Valley seeing 7 days of skin contact and fermented with native yeast in tank, racked for clarity, then resting in neutral oak for 4 months.  This approachable orange wine has plenty of nectarine and white peach fruits, with a deep orange hue, chalky nose, mineral underbelly, and grippy/silty tannins. This is not yo mama's Napa Chardonnay.
