Ampeleia
2020 Ampeleia ‘Kepos’ 750ml
A blend of Alicante Nero, Mourvedre, and Carignan, sourced from the “Sassoforte” vineyards which look like a polyculture garden - hence 'Kepos', Greek for Garden. Co-fermented with native yeast and rested in concrete tanks for 10 months. Juicy cherries, herbs, soft tannins, and an excellent spicy/smokey backbone. Serve chilled.
