The Terret is direct pressed, while the other varieties spent a months on their skins. The fermentation takes place naturally, and 5% of the wine is incorporated in a 5 years old solera. A great introduction to orange wine: mellow, aromatic, and seamless. Herbal aromatics lead into jasmine, apricot, and green tea, all wrapped in a savory, smooth finish.
