Brezza Giacomo e Figli
In 1885 the Brezza family began growing grapes in the village of Barolo. The family started bottling their own wines in 1910 and has stayed rooted in the center of the village ever since.
Across four generations the estate expanded within Barolo and nearby townships, focusing on estate fruit and classic sites including Cannubi, Sarmassa and Castellero. Farming is certified organic, and all wines come from the family’s own vineyards.
Today cousins Enzo Brezza and Francesco lead the cellar. The style is traditional, with long macerations and aging in large casks rather than new small barrels, so the character of Nebbiolo and each named vineyard site shows clearly in the glass.
