2023 La Colombera 'Derthona' Timorasso 750ml

The la Colombera polyculture farm dates back to 1938 where they harvested cereal grains exclusively until the end of WWII when they began planting grapes and other fruits. Fruity peach flesh, hawthorn and chamomile blossoms, citrusy acidity, and tons of mineral texture. Generous rich texture yet dry and zippy at the same time.
