Château Les Valentines

2025 Château Les Valentines AOP Côtes de Provence La Londe Rosé 750mL

Sale price$28.00

16 in stock

It speaks in wild strawberry, peach and pepper first, then fresh herbs and a subtle salty minerality gather around the glass. Bright acidity keeps it lively and the texture is smooth, so it feels delicate without turning simple. It finishes clean and quiet, leaving the palate refreshed.

At Château Les Valentines, the Pons-Massenot family farms organically on mica schist near the sea, blending Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvèdre from forty-year-old vines for a wine with presence. They chill the skins before pressing to hold the aromas and keep a clear, dry line through the sip. It offers what La Londe alone gives, a coastal calm with real detail.

Château Les Valentines

Château Les Valentines sits in La Londe-les-Maures on the coast between Toulon and Saint-Tropez. The vineyards have been worked here since the early 1900s, with fruit once sent to the local cooperative. In 1997 the Pons-Massenot family created their own estate and named it for their children, Valentin and Clémentine.

The domaine farms about 50 hectares on schist soils with south exposure, influenced by the mistral and the nearby sea. It is certified organic by Ecocert and focuses on balance and consistency across vintages.

They grow nine varieties and specialize in rosé, which makes up most of their production, and their wines are now distributed in dozens of countries.
