Cultivated from a small tea farm in North Taiwan, where the farm has been owned by the same family for many generations but only recently started producing tea for people outside of their friends and family.

The Tieguanyin style (oolong) leaves are hand-picked, then withered, oxidized, and roasted all in house, finally cold brewed in a closed loop system. The farmers were inspired to create a modern approach to enjoy a centuries-old tradition; they’ve carbonated the tea and added natural sugars from organic apples and organic sugarcane for a refreshing finish.

Bright lilac / ylang ylang, sweet and sour apple, super refreshing palette cleanser. Perfect NA alternative.
