Chapter & Verse was aged twice on nectarines, meaning that they first blended the base beer and then racked it on to the first variety of the season from Masumoto Family Farm, Rose Diamond nectarines. After several months of aging on those nectarines, they racked the beer out of the barrels and back into barrels on top of Le Grand nectarines for additional maturation.
