A bitter black vermouth, it’s ideal for cocktails and perfect for drinking in the sun, cold from the fridge. Crafted with the indigenous Malvasia grape planted by Vinyes Mortitx, it then macerates for months with botanicals selected by La Vermutera. These include both Mediterranean such as wormwood and lemon verbena, as well as classics such as rosemary, grapefruit and cloves.
