Mazette Central Coast Vermouth 750mL

This vermouth captures the taste of California’s Central Coast in a bottle. It is infused with 13 organic botanicals sourced from Santa Barbara County and Ojai including stone fruit from Honeybear Farms, Ojai Pixies from Earthtrine Farms, and more! A blend of chamomile, marigold, yarrow, stinging nettle, dandelion, wormwood, lemon verbena, and hoja planta adds a distinctive herbal depth while incorporating the medicinal plants that help form the foundation of Biodynamic farming preparations.

This is batch #2. Same recipe, just slightly refined to highlight special flavors and maintain a beautiful balance between our Central Coast fruits, traditional bitterness and warm approachability.

Perfect as an aperitif or digestif. Enjoy over ice or add a splash of sparkling water for a lighter refreshment. Top with sparkling wine to create a delightful spritz.
