Château de Minière

From a beautiful sprawling estate dating back to the 16th century focusing exclusively on Cabernet Franc, and female owned and operated since the 18th century.  Carbonic fermentation in tank, pressed and bottled during fermentation in a pet-nat or 'ancestral' method under cork and crown cap.  Deep blue fruit, pomegranate-like acidity, wonderfully earthy mineral underbelly, and big soft bubbles make this a worthy competitor to your favorite dry red Lambrusco.
