Only 867 bottles of Ohishi Port Cask Whisky were produced. That's not the only reason this highly limited expression is seriously special, though. A Japanese Whiskey distilled entirely from rice in stainless steel and finished in old Port casks, a flavor profile like this is hard to find. Expect to find a well-balanced abundance of flavors with chocolate, subtle, stewed fruit, whole spices and lithe red wine leading the way. Bottled at 87.6 proof, the finish is simple yet refreshing and sums up this one-of-a-kind experience perfectly.
