Fourth in a five part sherry series, the whisky has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks. Blood orange, brandy snaps, and vanilla custard on the nose; cinnamon, morello cherry, lemon curd, and praline on the palate, with hints of key lime and maple syrup.
