Midnight Reflection is a table saison showcasing heirloom grains grown in Skagit Valley – obsidian barley and black oats. The barley is particularly unique and well suited to farmhouse style beers, contributing a fruity, bubblegum note that plays well with the vintage barrel character and mixed fermentation notes.
