Yola Mezcal

A true testament to “girl power”, this mezcal is made by an all female team in a male dominated field. Well balanced with notes of fresh lime, white flowers, cut-grass and medium smoke. Yola is powerful and rich, without any bite. Equally tasty in cocktails or sipped straight, it has a very, special place on my home bar.
