De-stemmed Riesling, 20% Gewurztraminer, 10% skin-contact Gewurztraminer. Made in a rustic style akin to Col Fondo Prosecco. This "Spicy Water" has playful white flower, warm spice, guava and lemon zest with great texture from some skin contact and fine bubbs.
