Seventh-generation farmers Daniela Lorenzo and José Luis Gonzalez Bastias tend just 4 hectares on the southern shore of the Maule River, making wine the same way it’s been made on this land for centuries. Their País is a reference point for Chilean natural wine — and still under $25 a bottle.
